a portable isometric 3-in1 workout machine!
The IGRIP is a portable exercise device that incorporates the Power of Isometrics to help build power, strength, and lean muscle. Work out anywhere-anytime and hold a contraction for 6 seconds or more to Get Ripped Fast.
The secret lies in the ability of the IGRIP to electronically measure both the applied Push and Pull force. Now that you can monitor the force, you can: 1) Develop a routine 2) Maximize your effort 3) Measure your result.
Timed static (stationary) contractions with the IGRIP eliminates the need to do dozens of repetitions with weights. All that's needed is 6 or more seconds with the IGRIP to feel the power. Best of all, there is nothing to lift, bend, stretch, or squeeze to achieve resistance. Simply apply force to the desired level and let the Power of Isometrics work for you. Since there are no moving parts, there's no impact on muscles and joints, or risk of injury.
How the isometric work-out machine works
The IGRIP provides the feedback necessary to workout Anytime, Anyplace. The user can utilize the muscles of their body to create resistance in the same manner as lifting weights. The IGRIP provides the user 3 types of exercise to maximize effort and achieve dramatic results.
Static Contraction work-out
The user assumes the traditional isometric pose, sets the timer for 6 or more seconds and applies force while in a stationary (static) position. The range of motion is focused directly on the muscle eliminating the need for multiple reps.
Progressive Contraction work-out
The user assumes the traditional static contraction pose making sure the display screen is in full view. The timer is set for 20 seconds. Initiate the exercise with a comfortable resistance and increase the force 5 lbs. every 5 seconds. For example, if the user starts at 20 lbs., they would complete the contraction during the elapsed time at 35 lbs.
Mobile Contraction work-out
The user assumes an exercise pose (see Fitness Chart) and sets the timer for 20 seconds. The user initiates movement to incorporate the full extension of the muscle. This exercise is performed similar to reps in traditional weight lifting
Why the work-out machine work so great
The IGRIP electronically monitors the applied force allowing the user to regulate tension to dramatically increase personal strength. Muscle growth is stimulated in the following ways.
When you initiate a contraction, your primary muscle engages to apply the required force and create resistance. As time elapses, your body will recruit more and more motor units or secondary muscle fibers to help maintain that resistance. These motor units are continuously contracting and will lead to fast maturity of the muscle.
The electronic feedback provides the user with necessary data to:
a. Progressively load the muscle from set to set.
b. Provide continuity from workout to workout.
c. Electronically measure their progress.
Establishing a routine and making efficient use of your time when working out will lead to faster results with the same effort.
