The GreenStick Golf Fitness Trainer comes with a reflective floor strip which will show you when you have the correct swing position. There are 2 lasers at each end of the fitness trainer. When you have the correct position, the lasers will reflect on the reflective floor strip , showing you your swing angle, how close or how far you are.
The Green Stick uses LASER technology to ensure that you are properly executing each individual excercise. Two lasers at each end of the stick are used to reinforce the proper golf swing. This golf trainer addresses the #1 issue limiting golfers over 50: turning. For golfers with limited shoulder mobility, you will appreciate the shape of the bar.
